Minimum stay

Unless otherwise agreed upon there is a minimum rental requirement of 7 (seven) consecutive nights. At Christmas and New Year there is a minimum rental requirement of 14 nights.

General

The villa has a maximum number of seven guests. This must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed upon prior to receipt of full and final payment. Reservations shall be for a specific numer of guests which may not be exceeded, unless this has been authorized by Villa-Adinda.
